We provide the following Service
- Rack and stack the following equipment according to the BOM

- Provide access to customer remote engineer, if required

We install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure in a low-voltage environment and:
• Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshooting cabling system issues
• Identify, track, and remove abandoned cables
• Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures
We run, pull, stop and splice copper and fiber optic cables, such as CAT5, SE, CAT6, low voltage cables, and fiber.
• Carry out installation of cable supports and pulling network cable pathways,
• Testing and troubleshooting correctly copper and Fiberoptic installations
• Terminate phone jacks and distribution frame.
• Experienced in the cabling system and conversant with the installation of copper and fiber optic cables.
• Install closet hardware, including connecting blocks, fiber enclosures, racks, backboards, and patch panels.
We provide certified tests of installed cables and fiber.
We install conduits based on the size and standard of buildings.
Asset inventory taking
Capture device manufacture, type, model, quantity, etc. of the below:
- Workstations, Laptops, Printers and Peripherals
- All IT assets, PBX /Telephony devices
- APs & their location
- Security /Alarm system
- Devices and equipment in the DEMARK, MDFs/IDFs closets
- Number of cable drops – fiber/copper, etc.
- Any other equipment that needs to be documented
- Documentation and Pictures of equipment, Cabling, and IT assets
